The Truth
OK, I found the weirdest thing ever on Vietcong. I discovered it whilst fooling about, and it would be interesting to know whether anyone else had found it!
After the level in which you have to rescue a fellow POW from a Vietcong village, there is a level where you must defend an area from the Vietcong, and where, if possible, your team must capture a POW yourself for intel. Once you have captured the POW and the captain and Leftnenant come to collect him, follow them back to the LZ. When they eventually stop where you begin the level, approach the captain. An action command will appear, reading "Tell the Captain the truth". I`m not sure what this truth is, but if you hit the action button, the captain runs off into the foliage, and blows himself up! A small message appears onscreen stating "The truth is not for everyone", and 60`s music begins.This has to be the strangest thing I`ve ever discovered in a game by pure accident!
